My favorite place to go for coffee! Worth the 5 hour drive just to spend some time in that adorable shop, drinking some of the best coffee I've ever had!
Am on a cross country drive to visit the 48 states. I try and pick small towns and local roads on my drive. As I was crossing over from Montana to head towards Seattle I checked into this small town of Connell that's literally in the middle of nowhere. Has one motel, a couple of gas stations a Subway, a Mexican joint, etc. Total population in the few thousands. Primary place of "interest" nearby is a prison. And it has one of the coziest coffee shops I have ever seen. Right in the middle of the most boring street. Friendly barista and a place that invites you in to sit down and read a book. They also have some nice gifts from local businesses. Kaffrin's has wifi, lots of comfortable seating, a friendly atmosphere and a bar-like vibe. Apparently it used to be a bar earlier. It's worth a visit.
Stopped by on the off chance at a breakfast sandwich - they have a simple but fresh and tasty sausage or bacon n egger at a very reasonable price. Coffee was fabulous. Very great alternative to all the fast food joints and overpriced Starbucks coffee.
Stopped on our way through town, super friendly owner and staff, excellent coffee. Read back story on wall about how shop got named, very sweet!

I love Kaffrin's! It truly is the living room of our community and has a "Cheers" vibe. The staff is great, and if there is ever an issue, when brought to the owner, it is fixed asap.
Great coffee and great place. To hide from the heat. Friendly and quick service. Home town atmosphere. In the area a couple weeks, it became a regular stop. Will go out of my way to get another cappacino when in the area.
